WaterBank® welcomes commercial partners including attorney, hydrologists, engineers, title researchers and other in our efforts to build structured water rights markets worldwide.  For commercial listings of water rights, water utilities, and water sources, we pay finders fees, share commissions, or obtain overriding royalties.

We want to cooperate with real estate agents, title companies, hydrologists, attorneys and others who may be able to bring listings and expertise to the WaterBank®. Com internet site. 

Water transactions are never simple.  Considerable work is commonly necessary to:

  • trace property titles to validate water rights and property ownership
  • evaluate hydrological impact of water rights transfers
  • conduct historical research to validate water rights
  • prepare and review legal documents
