WATERBANK® BIDS ON FEMA NATIONAL EMERGENCY WATER SUPPLY CONTRACT W912WJ08R0007

On March 3, 2008, WaterBank  submitted its bid for emergency bottled water supplies to the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).  The bid encompasses supply of bottled water throughout the conterminous United States (CONUS) and U.S. Territories in the Pacific (Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Hawaii, and Alaska) and in the Caribbean (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands) (OCONUS) where logistics are particularly difficult and could involve ocean transport and air transport.

In 2005, WaterBank worked with FEMA and the State of Florida on the supply of bottled water during Hurricane Wilma.  We also worked with the State of Texas on Hurricane Rita.  WaterBank is listed as a federal contractor on the CCR database (www.ccr.gov)

WaterBank is always soliciting bottled water and ice suppliers as well as trucking companies, ocean freight, and air transport, and freight forwarding companies.  If you are interested in working with us, please email us at: (http://www.waterbank.com)
