is an experienced hydrogeologist with extensive experience in quantitative hydrology of
spring and artesian water sources. WaterBank®
has not undertaken or reviewed detailed hydrogeologic evaluations of the
spring and artesian-well water sources listed unless indicated.
Any prospective purchaser of any sources listed here must conduct
their own due diligence
evaluation. WaterBank® does not certify the flow rates of springs or production
rates of artesian wells nor does it certify the natural variability in spring flow or any
seasonal variability in water chemistry unless it has carried out its own review of
technical information or has performed its own hydrogeologic and hydrogeochemical
evaluation.
It can often be assumed that the
owners of the springs or artesian wells listed are interested in either selling bulk
water, building a bottling plant, selling the spring and property, or seeking investment
and/or partners in the further development of the spring or artesian well source.
